Instructions to make Beef chilli:

  1. Wash and clean the undercut then set aside..
  2. Now cut the undercut this way..
  3. Now take a bowl and marinate the beef undercut in a bowl with these spices and sauces for about 2 hours and keep in fridge(overnight is best for marination but dont add egg it can be add before 1 hour to cook undercut)..
  4. Now boiled the rice and make egg fried rice (for this recipe I will be given in kung pao chicken with egg fried rice)..
  5. Now heat the wok add oil then add beef undercut and fry on medium heat for 3,4 minutes..
  6. Now take a wok add 1/4 cup oil add ginger garlic chopped saut for 1 minute then add green chilli stir it well..
  7. Now add the beef undercut and stir it..
  8. Now add sauce and spices stir it then add fried beef under cut and cook it for 4 minutes (dont over cook this otherwise undercut will be hard)add 2 tb /spoon of water and stir it on high flame quickly..
  9. Lastly add ginger julienne, spring onions green part and green chilli and switch off the flame..
  10. A special restaurant style beef chilli is ready to serve..
  11. Serve beef chilli with egg fried rice it becomes more tasty and enjoy like in restaurant..
